The main entrance to the theater and box office is located at 265 Tremont Street near the intersection of Stuart Street in Boston and is a few blocks away from the Boylston Green Line T Stop.

For security purposes, the Shubert security team will perform bag checks of purses and small personal items.

To ensure you are on time for the performance, please arrive early. Specific information about when doors will open for your event will be sent in your pre-show email. Seating after the performance has begun will be at the discretion of management and may be delayed until a suitable pause in the performance. 

  The Shubert Theatre is accessible in the Orchestra, with entrances and an accessible, unisex bathroom on the ground level. There are staircases to the Mezzanine and Balcony and stairs down to the men and women's restrooms. Handicapped seating in the theatre is on Orchestra level only, and any floor seat is accessible for patrons who cannot take the stairs. There is no elevator to the Mezzanine or Balcony. 

  The Celebrity Series of Boston offers sign language interpretation upon request. Requests for sign language interpreters must be received at least four weeks prior to the event by contacting Celebrity Series at 617-482-2595 or info@celebrityseries.org. All requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter and provided at the discretion of the management.
