"Revelations" for Everyone

A free public workshop!

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater company dancers lead you through excerpts from Mr. Ailey's iconic Revelations and Night Creature at this free movement workshop at the Kroc Center in Dorchester.

Alvin Ailey famously said, "dance is for everyone," and now's your chance to participate in two of his most famous creations. Company dancers will lead these participatory workshops!

Let loose, learn something new, and add some inspiring movement to your day with this fun, free, all-ages workshop.

What to wear and bring

Please come in comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. The workshop will be held on a hardwood basketball court and will begin with stretching, so you can bring a yoga mat if you have one, but you don't need to. Water fountains are available on site.

Audience

This workshop is aimed at a general adult audience, but children are welcome.
