Community Partnerships Liaison

In partnership with the Associate Director of Community Engagement, this full-time, exempt, benefits eligible position is charged with creating a positive experience for community partners and audiences consistent with the organization’s Strategic Plan and Racial Equity goals and implementing community initiatives with a focus on four Arts for All programs.

This role develops the vision and infrastructure that enables equitable community engagement and will build long-term relationships using Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) principles with residents, local stakeholders, networks, artists and vendors. Additionally, the liaison connects proactively with other departments to ensure that community activities are fully integrated with our mission and initiates ideas to make our work more relevant, impactful and adapt to changing times.

Part-Time Audience Services Representative

Part-time Audience Services Representative needed to work 15 to 20 hours per week during weekday business hours and assisting on-site during evening & weekend performances. Flexible hours are available. This is a hybrid position that will include both in office, at venue, and work from home days with an emphasis on customer service over the phone, via email, and in person.

The Audience Services Representative will provide outstanding customer service to all existing and potential patrons, resolve ticketing issues, and respond to customer inquiries with empathy and authority. This position reports to the Audience Services Manager and may include additional administrative duties such as preparing mailings, data management, proofreading emails, etc.
